In the third quarter of 2023, the air travel app market in Sweden saw significant activity. Here, we explore the performance trends of the top 5 air travel apps on the Android platform, based on data from Sensor Tower.

Ryanair showed a relatively stable trend in weekly downloads, starting at around 2.2K in late June and slightly decreasing to 1.9K by the end of September. Weekly active users hovered around the 9.7K mark, peaking at nearly 10K in the final week of September.

SAS – Scandinavian Airlines experienced fluctuations in weekly downloads, with a noticeable spike to around 2K in the week of July 31. Active users peaked at about 4K during the same period, maintaining an average of approximately 3.7K throughout the quarter.

The Norwegian Travel Assistant app saw a consistent download pattern, averaging around 1.5K to 1.7K downloads weekly. Active users increased gradually, reaching a peak of roughly 3.7K by the end of September.
